KYC & Account Verification Policy

At Bonix Games Software, a digital product brand within the Zodray Technologies ecosystem and published/operated through Zodray Media, we may require account verification or KYC verification for certain users, reward requests, redemption activities, security checks, compliance reviews, or fraud-prevention purposes.
This policy explains when verification may be required, what information may be requested, how verification information is used, and what may happen if verification is incomplete, incorrect, or suspicious.
1. Purpose of Verification
We use account verification and KYC checks to protect users, advertisers, partners, reward systems, and our digital platforms from misuse, fraud, duplicate accounts, invalid activity, unauthorized access, and payment-related disputes.
Verification may help us:
- Confirm account ownership
- Validate reward or redemption eligibility
- Prevent fake accounts and duplicate accounts
- Reduce fraud, abuse, bot activity, and invalid traffic
- Confirm payment or voucher details
- Meet partner, platform, tax, audit, legal, or compliance requirements
- Protect users, advertisers, and our business operations
2. When Verification May Be Required
We may request verification or KYC in situations including, but not limited to:
- High-value redemption requests
- Repeated or frequent redemption activity
- Suspicious account activity
- Multiple accounts linked to the same device, IP, payment method, or identity
- Payment detail mismatch
- Reward or referral abuse signals
- Offerwall, survey, ad, or partner-related fraud alerts
- Account recovery or ownership confirmation
- Tax or compliance requirements
- Manual review required by our team or partners
- Any activity that may create security, legal, financial, or platform risk
Verification may be requested before, during, or after a reward or redemption request.
3. Information We May Request
Depending on the situation, we may request one or more of the following details:
- Full name
- Registered mobile number
- Registered email address
- User ID or account ID
- App or platform name
- Payment or reward account details
- UPI ID, voucher email, PayPal ID, or other payout identifier, where applicable
- Screenshot or proof of account ownership
- Identity-related information, where required
- PAN or tax-related details, where applicable
- Additional documents or details needed to verify eligibility, prevent fraud, or meet legal or partner requirements
We will only request information that is reasonably required for verification, security, fraud prevention, reward processing, tax compliance, or legal obligations.
4. Payment and Reward Detail Verification
For redemption or payout-related requests, we may verify whether the payment or reward details belong to the same user account or appear consistent with the account activity.
If payment details are incorrect, mismatched, suspicious, incomplete, or linked with prohibited activity, we may delay, hold, reject, or cancel the related redemption request.
Users are responsible for submitting correct and valid redemption details.
5. High-Value Redemption Review
Some high-value or repeated reward requests may require additional verification before approval.
This review may include checking:
- Account history
- Reward activity
- Device and login patterns
- Referral activity
- Offerwall or survey validation
- Ad and engagement activity
- Payment details
- Fraud-prevention signals
- Partner approval or rejection status
- Tax or compliance requirements
A high-value redemption request is not guaranteed until all required verification and compliance checks are completed.
6. Fraud and Risk-Based Verification
We may conduct additional checks if our systems, partners, or support team detect unusual or suspicious activity.
Suspicious activity may include:
- Fake or duplicate accounts
- Multiple accounts on the same device
- VPN/proxy abuse
- Emulator or modified app usage
- Bot or automation activity
- Fake referrals
- Invalid ad activity
- Offer or survey manipulation
- Payment detail mismatch
- Repeated failed verification
- Any activity that appears inconsistent with normal user behavior
If fraud or misuse is confirmed or strongly suspected, we may restrict the account, hold rewards, reverse rewards, cancel redemption requests, block the device, or permanently suspend the account.
7. Failure to Complete Verification
If a user does not complete required verification, provides incorrect information, submits mismatched details, refuses required checks, or fails to respond within a reasonable time, we may:
- Delay reward processing
- Hold redemption requests
- Reject or cancel pending rewards
- Restrict account features
- Suspend the account temporarily
- Permanently terminate the account in serious cases
Incomplete verification may also affect future redemption eligibility.
8. Use of Verification Information
Verification information may be used for:
- Account ownership confirmation
- Reward and redemption validation
- Fraud prevention
- Security review
- Payment or voucher processing
- Tax and compliance checks
- Dispute handling
- Audit and record-keeping
- Partner validation, where required
- Legal or regulatory obligations
We do not sell verification information. Verification information may be shared only where necessary with trusted service providers, payment/reward processors, fraud-prevention partners, tax/legal advisors, auditors, or authorities where required by law.
9. Data Security and Retention
We take reasonable steps to protect verification information using appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.
Verification records may be retained for as long as necessary for security, fraud prevention, reward processing, tax, legal, audit, accounting, partner-compliance, dispute-resolution, or regulatory purposes.
Some verification records may be retained even after account deletion where required for lawful, security, compliance, or fraud-prevention reasons.
10. User Responsibility
Users must provide accurate, genuine, and up-to-date information during verification.
Users must not submit fake documents, incorrect details, another person’s identity, unauthorized payment details, edited screenshots, misleading information, or any fraudulent proof.
Submitting false or misleading information may result in reward cancellation, account suspension, permanent ban, legal action, or reporting to relevant partners or authorities where required.
11. No Guarantee of Reward Approval
Completing verification does not automatically guarantee reward approval.
Rewards and redemptions may still depend on app rules, campaign rules, partner validation, fraud checks, tax requirements, technical status, and compliance review.
