1. About Our Services

Bonix Games Software operates digital entertainment, casual gaming, quiz, survey, offerwall, promotional engagement, referral, advertising-based, and reward-based platforms.

Our services may be available through mobile apps, websites, web pages, campaign links, third-party partner integrations, or other digital channels.

Different apps or services may operate under different product names, campaign names, or brand identities, while being managed under the same business-controlled ecosystem.


2. No Financial Services

Our services are provided for entertainment, digital engagement, promotional participation, casual gaming, surveys, offers, referrals, and optional reward experiences.

We do not provide banking, lending, credit, deposit, investment, insurance, stock trading, financial advisory, wallet banking, or NBFC services.

Any coins, points, gems, stars, wallet balance, vouchers, coupons, or similar in-app units are promotional or engagement-based units only. They are not legal currency, bank deposits, stored-value money, financial assets, investment returns, or guaranteed income.


3. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, device, login details, and payment or reward information.

You must not:

  • Create fake accounts
  • Create multiple accounts to misuse rewards
  • Use another person’s details without permission
  • Sell, transfer, or share your account
  • Use temporary, false, or misleading identity information
  • Attempt to bypass account restrictions or security checks

We may limit or close accounts that appear suspicious, duplicate, inactive, fraudulent, or non-compliant.


5. Rewards, Coins and Promotional Units

Our apps may provide coins, points, gems, stars, wallet balance, vouchers, coupons, rewards, or similar promotional units.

These units are subject to app rules, campaign conditions, partner approval, fraud checks, verification, availability, and business requirements.

Promotional units:

  • Have no independent cash value
  • Are not legal money
  • Are not deposits
  • Are not transferable unless specifically allowed
  • Are not guaranteed earnings
  • May be limited, delayed, rejected, reversed, cancelled, or expired
  • Can only be redeemed according to the rules shown in the relevant app or service

Bonix Games Software may modify reward values, conversion rates, daily limits, redemption rules, minimum balance requirements, task availability, campaign availability, or reward options at any time.


6. Redemption Rules

Users may request redemption only if they meet all required conditions, including:

  • Minimum balance requirement
  • Valid account status
  • Proper task or offer completion
  • Successful reward validation
  • No suspicious or prohibited activity
  • Correct payment or voucher details
  • Required verification or KYC, where applicable
  • Compliance with app rules and these Terms

Redemption requests may be delayed, held, rejected, reversed, or cancelled if any risk, mismatch, fraud signal, partner rejection, technical issue, or policy violation is detected.

Estimated processing times shown in the app are indicative only and do not guarantee final settlement within a fixed time.


7. Offerwalls, Surveys and Partner Campaigns

Some rewards may depend on third-party partners such as offerwall providers, survey platforms, advertisers, ad networks, attribution partners, or promotional campaign providers.

Third-party partners may approve, reject, delay, reverse, or modify conversion status according to their own rules and validation systems.

If a partner rejects, reverses, flags, or delays an activity, the related user reward may also be delayed, rejected, reversed, or cancelled.

We are not responsible for partner-side rejection, campaign expiry, no-fill, offer unavailability, survey disqualification, advertiser reversal, tracking failure caused by user-side issues, or third-party technical problems.


8. Advertisements

Our services may display advertisements through third-party ad networks and advertising partners.

Users must not manipulate, force, automate, repeatedly trigger, or abuse ad views, ad clicks, rewarded ads, impressions, or ad-related events.

Invalid ad activity, artificial engagement, bot traffic, click manipulation, or policy-violating ad behavior may result in reward cancellation, account restriction, suspension, or permanent ban.


9. Prohibited Activities

Users must not misuse our services through:

  • Fake accounts
  • Duplicate accounts
  • Bots or scripts
  • Automation tools
  • Auto-clickers
  • Emulators
  • Rooted devices
  • Modified APKs
  • App cloners
  • VPN/proxy abuse
  • Fake referrals
  • Fake installs
  • Click manipulation
  • Offer manipulation
  • Survey manipulation
  • Invalid ad activity
  • Reverse engineering
  • API abuse
  • Unauthorized access
  • Fraud farms, device farms, or traffic manipulation
  • Any illegal, deceptive, harmful, or abusive activity

Any violation may result in account review, reward hold, balance adjustment, reward reversal, feature restriction, device restriction, account suspension, permanent ban, legal action, or reporting to relevant partners or authorities.


10. Verification, KYC and Tax Information

For high-value redemptions, repeated redemptions, suspicious activity, payment mismatch, partner requirements, legal requirements, tax requirements, or fraud-prevention purposes, we may request additional verification.

Verification may include:

  • Mobile number verification
  • Email verification
  • Payment detail verification
  • Identity verification
  • Tax information
  • PAN or other details where applicable
  • Additional documents or information required to confirm eligibility

If verification is incomplete, incorrect, suspicious, or mismatched, we may delay, hold, reject, or cancel the related reward or redemption request.

Users are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable tax obligations related to rewards, vouchers, promotional benefits, or incentives received through our services.

Where required by law, we may collect tax information, deduct or withhold applicable tax, request required details, maintain records, or report relevant transactions.


11. Refund Policy

Most services provided through Bonix Games Software are free-to-use, advertising-supported, promotional, or engagement-based.

Rewards are generally based on app activity, partner approval, campaign validation, and internal eligibility checks. Therefore, standard refund rules may not apply to promotional rewards, rejected offers, reversed conversions, expired rewards, or cancelled promotional units.

If any paid product, subscription, in-app purchase, or paid digital service is introduced, refund eligibility will depend on the relevant app store policy, payment gateway policy, consumer law, product usage status, and refund request timeline.


12. Service Availability

We aim to keep our services available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability.

Services may be affected by:

  • Server issues

  • Partner downtime
  • Campaign expiry
  • Ad no-fill
  • Technical errors
  • Network issues

13. User Content and Communication

If users submit content, feedback, support messages, screenshots, documents, reviews, or other materials, they must ensure that such content is accurate, lawful, respectful, and does not violate any third-party rights.

We may use submitted feedback or communication to improve our services, resolve complaints, prevent fraud, verify issues, or support users.

Users must not submit abusive, illegal, misleading, harmful, fake, copyrighted, offensive, or fraudulent content.

This includes losses related to reward rejection, partner reversal, technical failure, account restriction, campaign expiry, ad no-fill, data loss, service interruption, unauthorized account use, or third-party actions.


18. Indemnity

You agree to protect and indemnify Bonix Games Software, Zodray Technologies, Zodray Media, and their associated business units, partners, employees, and service providers from any claims, losses, damages, penalties, costs, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your misuse of our services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • False information submitted by you
  • Misuse of rewards, ads, offers, surveys, or referrals
  • Violation of third-party rights
  • Violation of applicable law or platform policies
