At Bonix Games Software, a digital product brand within the Zodray Technologies ecosystem and published/operated through Zodray Media, we aim to maintain a fair and transparent policy for reward-related issues, cancelled rewards, rejected redemptions, incorrect payout details, promotional benefits, and any paid services that may be introduced in the future.
This policy applies to our mobile applications, websites, reward platforms, games, offerwall features, survey features, referral programs, advertising experiences, promotional campaigns, and related digital services.
1. Nature of Our Services
Most services offered by Bonix Games Software are free-to-use, advertising-supported, promotional, or engagement-based. Users may receive coins, points, gems, stars, vouchers, coupons, wallet balance, or similar promotional units through eligible app activity, partner campaigns, surveys, offers, referrals, or other approved activities.
These promotional units are not legal currency, bank money, deposits, financial assets, investment returns, or guaranteed income.
2. Reward Cancellation
Rewards may be cancelled, reversed, held, reduced, or rejected if:
- The task, offer, survey, or activity was not completed properly
- A partner rejects, reverses, or flags the conversion
- The reward was credited due to technical error
- Duplicate reward credit occurred
- Fake or duplicate account activity is detected
- VPN, proxy, emulator, automation, bot, modified app, or device abuse is detected
- Invalid ad activity, fake referral, or offer manipulation is detected
- Incorrect, mismatched, or suspicious payout details are submitted
- Required verification or KYC is not completed
- The user violates our Terms, Anti-Fraud Policy, Reward Policy, or app rules
Cancelled or reversed promotional rewards are generally not refundable, exchangeable, or transferable.
3. Incorrect Redemption Details
Users are responsible for submitting accurate payout or reward details.
Bonix Games Software is not responsible for failed, delayed, lost, incorrect, or misdirected rewards caused by:
- Wrong UPI ID
- Wrong email address
- Wrong PayPal ID
- Wrong mobile number
- Wrong voucher details
- Inactive or invalid account details
- Typing mistakes
- Payment account mismatch
- User-submitted incorrect information
Once a reward is processed using details provided by the user, it may not be reversible.
4. Partner-Based Rejections
Some rewards depend on third-party partners such as advertisers, offerwall providers, survey platforms, voucher providers, payment processors, ad networks, or attribution partners.
If a partner rejects, reverses, delays, or flags a conversion, the related user reward may also be rejected, delayed, reversed, or cancelled.
We are not responsible for partner-side campaign expiry, offer rejection, survey disqualification, advertiser reversal, no-fill, tracking failure caused by user-side issues, or third-party technical problems.
5. Refunds for Paid Services
Most of our current services are promotional or free-to-use. If any paid product, subscription, in-app purchase, premium feature, digital product, or paid service is introduced in the future, refund eligibility will depend on:
- App store policy
- Payment gateway policy
- Consumer law
- Product usage status
- Refund request timeline
- Whether the service was already delivered or consumed
- Whether the transaction was accidental, duplicate, failed, or unauthorized
Refunds will not be provided for services already used, consumed, misused, abused, or obtained through fraudulent activity.
6. No Refund for Policy Violations
No refund, restoration, or reward replacement will be provided if the issue is related to:
- Fraudulent activity
- Fake or duplicate accounts
- Invalid ad activity
- Offer abuse
- Survey manipulation
- Fake referrals
- Payment detail mismatch
- KYC failure
- Account suspension
- Violation of app rules or policies
7. Technical Errors
If a technical issue affects reward credit, redemption status, or account balance, we may review internal logs, partner reports, and available evidence.
Depending on the review, we may correct the balance, reprocess a valid reward, reject an invalid claim, or reverse an incorrect credit.
